Terms & Conditions
The rules that govern use of VinciMotorways, the limits on the material published here, and how disputes are settled.
Effective August 2026
Acceptance Of These Terms
Opening any page on VinciMotorways means accepting the terms set out below. They apply to every visitor, whether an account is created or not, and they cover the whole site including forms, account areas, and published material.
Anyone who does not accept these terms should stop using the site. Continued use after a revision counts as acceptance of the revised wording.
What This Site Provides
VinciMotorways publishes educational material about how auto insurance is structured. It explains liability, collision, comprehensive, uninsured motorist protection, deductibles, and the optional extras that sit around them.
- No policy is sold, underwritten, or issued through this site
- No binding quote, rate, or premium is produced here
- No insurance advice tailored to an individual situation is given
- Nothing published replaces the wording of an actual policy contract
Eligibility
Use of this site is limited to residents of the United States aged eighteen or older. Submitting a form confirms that this requirement is met and that the details entered are accurate and belong to the person entering them.
Accounts And Credentials
An account holder is responsible for keeping login credentials private and for every action taken under that account. Suspected unauthorised access should be reported using the contact details at the end of this page.
- Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred
- Details entered on an account must be truthful and current
- Access may be suspended where these terms are broken
Acceptable Use
The site must be used lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or with other visitors.
- No attempt to breach, probe, or overload the site or its servers

- No use of the site to distribute unlawful, misleading, or harmful content
- No reproduction of site material for commercial purposes without permission
Accuracy Of Published Material
Insurance rules, product structures, and state requirements change over time. The material here is written with care but is offered for general understanding only, and it may not reflect the terms of any specific insurer or the law of any specific state on a given day.
Decisions about buying, changing, or cancelling a policy should be checked against the actual policy documents and, where needed, with a licensed insurer or agent.
Communications Consent
Consent given on the signup form for service messages or promotional messages is optional and can be withdrawn at any point by replying STOP to a message received. Message frequency varies, and standard message and data rates set by a mobile carrier may apply.
Intellectual Property
The text, layout, graphics, logo, and structure of this site are protected and remain the property of VinciMotorways. Personal reading and reference are permitted. Republishing, redistributing, or adapting the material for another site requires written permission.
Third Party Links
Some pages may point to outside resources for reference. Those destinations run under their own terms and privacy practices, and VinciMotorways carries no responsibility for their content, accuracy, or availability.
Disclaimer Of Warranties
The site is provided on an as available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. No promise is made that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, or that the material will suit any particular purpose.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, VinciMotorways carries no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site, including any decision made about an insurance policy based on material published here.
Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute connected to this site or to these terms will be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, under the rules of a recognised arbitration body and before a single arbitrator seated in the United States.
- Claims are brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action
- The right to a jury trial is waived by accepting these terms
- Either party may still bring a qualifying claim in small claims court
- The arbitrator's decision is final and enforceable in any court of proper jurisdiction
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Where a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
Changes To These Terms
These terms may be updated as the site changes or as legal requirements shift. The effective date at the top of the page marks the current version, and reviewing it from time to time is recommended.
